I met Ganesh through an acquaintance and I genuinely thank my stars to have given me the chance to meet this wonderful person in my life. He was my pacer for my maiden 21kms marathon run, and during the training and the actual run, I discovered that he is not just a runner, running for physical health but he is very passionate about his interest.

I had a huge mind-block that I could never run due to a family history of arthritis and whenever I even tried, a niggle in my knee told me it was not meant for me. I never knew coaches for running existed until I met Ganesh and he transformed my thoughts on running.

I enrolled with him and within a week I was able to see that with proper warmup and cooldown, stretches and yoga, I was able to run short distances without any niggle, which had always been an impossible task. His training was holistic which even included strength workouts and he made me aware of how those workouts were equally important for my running journey. I am able to run about 5K in 3 months.

I approached Ganesh with a single aim of running a half marathon. Up until this point, I was used to running on my own and had done up to 15km. Only after I started my training did I realize the importance of having a knowledgeable coach.
